TAMPA, FLA. – The Sales and Marketing Council of the Tampa Bay Builders Association earned a prestigious Silver Award as one of the nation’s top councils and was the only one in Florida to be so honored.
According to council president Heather Jaxheimer-Mills with Ryland Homes, the Tampa Bay Sales and Marketing Council was one of just five finalists in The Nationals awards competition, which culminated at the recent International Builders Show in Las Vegas. The Nationals Awards program drew more than 800 entries from across the country.
The Silver Award was presented to TBBA’s Sales and Marketing Council based on excellence in membership efforts, programs, seminars, education, council marketing and awards programs, including the Parade of Homes.
TBBA’s Sales and Marketing Council boasts membership of more than 200 sales- and-marketing professionals from the Tampa Bay area. Through networking, speakers and a variety of educational programs for sales professionals, the SMC promotes better and more efficient sales practices so consumers can enjoy a more positive and informed home-buying experience.
