Jakob Hester, Anclote’s 6-foot-6 forward, averaged a team-best 19.4 points and 11 rebounds per game.

Guard — Eric Howard, Fivay, Sophomore: The Falcons surprised some folks with a record of 14-12, but Howard was a big reason why Fivay was successful. The 5-foot-10 guard averaged nearly 20 points in his sophomore campaign.

Guard — Jacob Zio, Gulf, Senior: The turnaround at Gulf was aided by the infusion of former Ridgewood High School coach Derek Delgardo and the play of Jacob Zio. Zio, a 6-foot-3 wing player, averaged a team-high 17.7 points per game for the Buccaneers.

• Forward — Chase Farmer, Land O’ Lakes, Junior: The 6-foot-3 junior forward helped lead Land O’ Lakes to a 24-3 record this past season. Farmer averaged a team-high 19.0 points per game for the Gators.

Forward — Isaiah Ramsey, Wesley Chapel, Junior: Ramsey was the leading scorer and rebounder for a Wildcats team that went 18-9 during the season. The junior averaged 15.9 points and 7.3 rebounds a game.

Forward — Jakob Hester, Anclote, Junior: The Sharks had a bunch of program firsts and Hester helped guide the way. The 6-foot-6 forward averaged a team-high 19.4 points and over 11 rebounds a game for Anclote. Hester’s play in the low block led Anclote to its first district championship, playoff berth in school history.

Utility — Elijah Howell, Wiregrass Ranch, Senior: Howell averaged a team-high 15.7 points per game for the 15-12 Bulls. Was utilized all over the floor for Wiregrass Ranch this past season.
