As a running back, Wiregrass Ranch’s Keith Walker ran for 11 touchdowns and caught 46 passes.

Here is the 2019 Suncoast News All-Pasco County Football Team.


QB — Ezra Brennan, Jr., Mitchell: The Alonso transfer had a stellar first season for the Mustangs, completing 116-of-186 for 2,304 yards and 31 touchdowns.

RB — Anthony Roussos, Sr., River Ridge: Roussos rushed for 1,111 yards and scored 15 touchdowns for the Royal Knights.

RB — Tyler Williams, Sr., Mitchell: Williams will be sorely missed at Mitchell, with the workhorse back rushing for 1,364 yards and scored 20 touchdowns.

WR — Keith Walker, Sr., Wiregrass Ranch: The speedster dynamo scored 11 touchdowns on 46 receptions for 780 yards to lead the Bulls.

WR — Quenton Steadman, Sr., River Ridge: Steadman caught 41 passes for 580 yards and six touchdowns.

WR — Jonathan Fairbank, Jr., Mitchell: Fairbank was crucial in the passing game for Mitchell, catching 33 passes for 697 yards and 12 touchdowns.

OL — Dion Denmark, Sr., Fivay: Denmark anchored an offensive line that paved the way for 2,241 yards rushing.

OL — Demetris Wright, Sr., Zephyrhills: The 5-foot-11, 230-pound linemen racked up 29 pancake blocks this season.

OL — Daniel Thompson, Sr., Wiregrass Ranch: In an impressive year for the Bulls’ offense, Thompson delivered. The senior had 27 pancake blocks on the season.

OL — Gary Shepard, Jr., Mitchell: Shepard was the top blocker for Mitchell’s diverse offense as the Mustangs went 10-2.

OL — Malik Jones, Sr., Zephyrhills Christian: The FIU commitment was the top blocker for ZCA. The 6-foot-3, 300-pounder paved the way on offense.


DL — Malik Jones, Sr., Zephyrhills Christian: Jones was a monster in trenches and notched 113 and 26 sacks.

DL — Ja’Bari Mention, Jr., Pasco: The Pirates' defensive line was led by the 6-foot-3, 230-pound Mention, who nabbed 3.0 sacks and 53 tackles.

DL — Neal McGuire, So., Zephyrhills: Had 12 sacks to complete a very impressive sophomore season.

DL — Dylan Nichols, Sr., River Ridge: The defensive end led the Royal Knights with 8.5 sacks.

LB — Dylan Ridolph, Sr., Wiregrass Ranch: Recorded 103 tackles and had a county-high 11.0 sacks.

LB — Amir Burgess, Jr., Pasco: Led the Pirates with a team-high 96 tackles.

LB — Cole Johnson, Sr., Zephyrhills Christian: Led the Warriors with a team-high 95 tackles.

DB — Tre Gallimore, Jr., Zephyrhills: The junior notched four interceptions on defense.

DB — Dougie Blanton, Jr., Hudson: The Cobras' top defensive back made 52 tackles and picked off five passes.

DB — Trevor Hawks, Sr., River Ridge: Hawks picked off three passes for the Royal Knights. Also played offense for River Ridge.

DB — Cole Castro, Jr., River Ridge: The ball hawk safety was all over the field and intercepted 10 passes.


ATH — Ethan Forrester, Sr., Land O’ Lakes: Though the Gators went 2-8, Forrester did an admirable job, nonetheless. The quarterback passes for 1,183 yards, 10 touchdowns and rushed for 637 and scored seven times.

K — Matthew Harkness, So., River Ridge: Was nearly perfect on PAT attempts by going 32-for-33 on extra points and made 3 of 6 field goal attempts.

P — Nicholas Iovino, Sr., Fivay: Averaged 39.0 yards per punt on 26 attempts for the Falcons.
