The piece, which depicts images from Key West, Cuba and Tarpon Springs, is a tribute to Arnold Serafin’s late father, Ramon Serafin Jr., a Cuban native who moved here from New Jersey and always enjoyed talking about history with colleagues, coworkers and customers.
Weekly COVID-19 update
Florida Department of Health reported 795 new cases of COVID-19 in Pasco County during the week of Feb. 21-27, bringing the total to 33,377. Seventeen more deaths due to the novel coronavirus were reported, upping the death toll to 649.
