Weekly COVID-19 update
The Florida Department of Health reported 1,843 new cases of COVID-19 in Pasco County during the week of Dec. 28-Jan. 3, bringing the count to 22,879. Thirty-eight more residents have died due to the novel coronavirus, upping the death toll to 391.
