YMCA helps make season bright for kids
The James P. Gills Family Branch YMCA in Trinity recently held its annual Season of Giving event where 120 children were provided gifts.

A drive-thru Santa Claus, aka Scott Grant of Dade City, delivers a wrapped gift through a car window to Aydin Tippler, 7, over the top of his sister, Sara Rose Furlong, 3, on Dec. 5 They and little sister, Julia Elizabeth Furlong, 1, were in line to get gifts in the car of their mom, Rachel Weisberg, at the James P. Gills Family Branch YMCA in Trinity during its annual Season of Giving event. Some 120 children were provided gifts including a Boar's Head ham and gifts from the Pasco County Sheriff's Office. Â

You better watch out, especially if Santa Claus is watching from the rear of a refrigerated Boar's Head truck. Santa Claus was portrayed by Scott Grant of Dade City. Mrs. Claus, Jackie Grant of Dade City, was not far. Boar's Head and West Wind Provision provided a ham for those attending.Â
