One Community Now, Inc. will be hold its 10th Anniversary Diamond Gala, 6:30 p.m., at Spartan Manor, 6121 Massachusetts Ave., New Port Richey. It will celebrate what the organization has accomplished since 2009 to help eradicate childhood hunger, empower families out of poverty and end veteran homelessness. 2019 Pasco Kids First Family Fun Day, presented by AdventHealth, will be held from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Sims Park, in downtown New Port Richey. The goal is to combine family wellness and fun while interacting with first responders. The event will feature a “Trails & Tales” Family Fitness Walk, a Touch-a-Truck activity, inflatables, a bicycle helmet giveaway, a fire hose shoot by the city’s fire department, a K-9 demonstration by the police department and more.
