TRINITY – Pasco County’s newest retail destination is preparing for a major grand opening, although some of its resident business are already greeting customers before the site’s official celebration.
The Village at Mitchell Ranch, at the intersection of Little Road and State Route 54, is already seeing its parking lots filling up as four of its businesses have already opened for business.
There are 22-acres and 165,000 square feet of new shops which will eventually settle into the Trinity address.
HomeGoods, ULTA Beauty, Five Below and Burger King are already proving to be a draw for shoppers as they are the first four of the 24 tenants which are committed to the project.
Sprouts Farmers Market will make its first Pasco County appearance when it hosts its Village grand opening on July 31.
In a recent press release, Sprouts announced the festivities for its newest store will begin with a ribbon-cutting at 7 a.m. that day with the first 100 shoppers receiving 20 percent off their initial total purchase.
The store will be serving muffin and coffee samples to everyone who is in line before the doors are pulled open for the first time to the public and every customer on the first day of business will receive one free reusable bag with their purchase.
The county’s newest food store will introduce this area’s customers to its newest natural and organic products during a special “Taste of Sprouts” event on Aug. 3.
Sprouts’ press release said weekend shoppers would be able to explore those new products as customer favorites, trending items, and a selection of exclusive Sprouts Brand products will be available for sampling throughout the store.
Sprouts also announced its newest location will feature the company’s newest operational and design enhancements including the Butcher Shop and Fish Market, which will provide the services of the store’s house butchers, as well as the Market Corner Deli, which will offer made-to-order sandwiches, a salad bar, prepared foods and fresh juice.
The opening of Sprouts will be the precursor to a windfall of new shops at The Village with 20 more now scheduled to be open for business by December.
